HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOFU BABY!!

I didn't blog about tofu's second birthday!! :(( 

......maybe that's why she walked away from me earlier...(lolol jkjkjkjk)

hehe, tofu turned two this yearrr so we obviouslyyy had to throw her another birthday party!! :)) hehehe

 Sunday, May 26th

This year, we kept tofu's party more laid back and simple, but it was still super chubbby and funnnn!! And tofu was more social and happy than she was last year lol

We had a mini bbq with ashleigh's family, tofu's godparents, sui yee yee, lauren and her boyfriend, and a few of our neighbors! (Jackie was in Boston, so she couldn't make it but we hung out a few days before so Jackie was still able to give tofu her bday wishes XDD) 

UGH GUYS I'M SO MAD. I WAS SO EXCITED TO MAKE CHICKPEA VEGGIE BURGERS FOR TOFU'S PARTY!! which i did...BUT I FORGOT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THEM!! I made the burgers into the shape of tofu's head lol...but once my dad took them off the grill, THEY LOST ITS SHAPE. AND IT WAS ALL CRUMBLYY :( but everyone loved it and it was actually really gooddd. XDD I SHALLLL TRY NEXT TIMMEEEE TO MAKE THESE BURGERSS!!

lol. i've spent all my timeeee making these burgers man, i didn't have time to make my sugar tofu cookies like i did last year :( FRIGGEN BURGERSSSSS LOL. oh wellss..nEXT YEAR, I SHALL TRY AGAIININININI.

oh yeah they made mango lassi for all of us and it was SOOO GOOODDD :OOO

OOH ASHLEIGH AND I ALSO MADE RECYCLED PAPERRRR AT TOFU'S PARTY TOO!!

I made it with jackie a few weeks prior but we didn't have any mesh, so we used a cheesecloth and it made the paper process harder than it's supposed to be. BUT THEN I FOUND A BUG SCREEN FROM JACKIE'S DEVELOPMENT DURING SPRING CLEANING AND I TOOK IT TO MAKE PAPER. BWAHAHHAHAHA. so it was more of a success when i made it with ashleigh, and NOW I'M GETTING CRAZY WITH PAPER MAKING. LOL IT'S SO FUNN.

lolol a lot of people think we're crazy for throwing a dog a birthday party, but heyyy, she's part of the family too!! SHE'S A BABYYY...

a baby that is now the same age as james :O 

OH MAN. AND NEXT YEAR, SHE'S GOING TO BE ONE YEAR OLDER THAN MEEEE. :O

my baby is growing up too fast :(

but YEAH WHOEVER SHADES US FOR THROWING TOFU A BDAY PARTY, Y'ALL NEED TO CALM DOWN AND STOP STEPPING ON OUR GOWNS. LOL STREAM "YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN"!! oh man..now i need to calm down. whoops. #sorrynotsorryyy

hehe i made her a strawberry yogurt ice cream just like last year XD

and we had apple pie and chinese tapioca soup for our dessert om nom nom nomm i want food now.

lol tofu was having so much fun! everyone took turns playing badminton while Tofu chased the birdy XD and Lauren and her boyfriend, Andrew, came and we also did a bit of bow and arrow XDD. 

a pretty chubbalicious ourdoor-sy time if you ask me XDD

lol they were all sitting on the bench talking amongst themselves which looked pretty cute from the back at the time. Now im just looking at this, and like this angle is so weirdddd and not symmetrical lol

yep, that was the end of the party. it was just a mini bbq/social gathering and it was pretty funn. Tofu told me herself. I speak and understand tofu. XD woof.

ALSO LOOK HOW CUTE AND CREATIVE SUI YEE YEE DECORATED TOFU'S BIRTHDAY BOX. TOFU WILL ALWAYS BE OUR LITTLE BABY HEHEHE

May 27th

TOFU'S ACTUAL BIRTHDAY!! WHOO SHE'S OFFICIALLY TWOO! WHOO HOOO!

So as a treat, we gave her tendon from the pulled pork my mom made for everyone at the party. 

Needless to say..she loved it!! 

we gave her a bone the day of the party too, and she was trying to hide it and AWW SHE'S SO CUTEEEE

yeahh and then when it was time for her walky walk, i was like "Tofu, for your birthday, i want you to do a big poopyy okay?" (I probably said that because she wasn't pooping enough) AND DURING OUR WALK, SHE POOPED 3 TIMES. SHE POOPED SO MUCH, I COULDN'T FIT IT IN HER POOPY BAG...and that might be the last time i will ask for a big poop as a birthday wish lol...though, she only pooped a lot because of the bones lol.

wow, what a way to end a blog...by talking about tofu's poop. LOLOL

oh, also at tofu's bday party, Ashleigh, Maisy, and Tristan made me watch a kdrama called "She Was Pretty" and  in one of the scenes, they were talking about how true love really feels like.

and i was like...hmm i can relate.
